Online courses are open for general registration by individuals. They are run intermittently and are offered as either Regular or Intensive courses with Speciality courses offered at times. All courses are open to beginner and advanced participants, who can be either technically or operationally-focused, as individualized learning paths are designed for each participant. Each course is facilitated by a group of facilitators who are announced at the time of the course.

Online courses for project or donor teams are most ideal for field-based implementing projects or regional donor teams. Teams of participants are given ongoing access to resources and tools on the platform and are able to work through course materials as needed. New staff can be easily onboarded using the online learning system, allowing easy integration of new staff and a mechanism through which new staff acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors for effective market systems development programming. In-person learning events introduce the latest learning and thinking in market systems development and further explore the conceptual and practical application covered in the MSA online course. Guest speakers share examples of practical strategies from the private sector of innovations in developing markets that apply to market systems development approaches.
In-person learning retreats are open to all MSA alumni. This ensures that all participants have a base understanding of market systems concepts and approaches prior to the event to increase the depth of discussion and learning during the event. (Participants qualify so long as a minimum number of modules in the MSA online course are completed before the start of the in-person learning event.) |

Firms are able to learn about how to implement specific business strategies that can grow their operations.
